Closing Day Ceremony – June 6 at 1:00 PM

We invite all players, families, and teams to join us for our Closing Day Ceremony on Saturday, June 6 at 1:00 PM at Shira Field following the TOC Championship Game.

The ceremony will include:

• Recognition of our Hit-A-Thon winners

• Recognition of volunteers who went above and beyond this season to support our league community

• Presentation of the Travis Lamke Most Improved Player Awards for each team — recognizing players selected by their managers for hard work, perseverance, and improvement throughout the season

• Presentation of the Hunter Lee Harris Sportsmanship Award to one player, along with recognition of all nominees — honoring players selected by their managers for sportsmanship, leadership, integrity, teamwork, and respect for others 

These awards honor former Patriot players whose legacies continue to inspire our league and reflect the values that make Patriot Baseball special both on and off the field.

If an additional championship game is needed following the TOC Championship Game, it will begin immediately after the Closing Day Ceremony.

Volunteer Recognition

If you know a coach, team parent, scorekeeper, snack bar volunteer, field volunteer, or league helper who deserves recognition, please submit a Volunteer Nomination Form.

All-Star Volunteers Needed

As we host District All-Star games, we are looking for volunteers to help with:

• Snack Bar

• BBQing

• Scorekeeping

• Field Maintenance

If you are interested in volunteering during All-Stars, please let us know. Your support helps make these events possible.
